Real surface of solar panels can degrade and reduce PV efficiency in a long-term perspective. But another short-term effect of reducing PV electricity production occurs every day, especially for the morning and afternoon hours at oblique ray incidence. These periods of time are really important because cover a half of the whole daylight, day after day. We know how to avoid unnecessary optical losses for these periods making the cover glass smarter and energetically more acceptable.
